Saco River Family Camping is now hiring for all positions for the 2026 season! We have various positions, start dates and pay rates. We’re looking for high-energy, positive team members to join our crew in various seasonal positions. This is your opportunity to work in a fun, outdoor environment where every day is about making someone’s vacation great.

We have 1st and 2nd shift openings, 7 days a week for the following positions;

Guest Services⧫ Housekeeping (Facilities I) ⧫Maintenance (Facilities II)⧫Cafe/Ice Cream Shop and Bartenders

As part of the Guest Services team, you'll have the opportunity to:

● Welcome and check in guests at the front desk

● Assist with phone and online reservations

● Support retail store operations

● Provide light housekeeping assistance

● Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the campground

As part of the Facilities I Team (Housekeeping), you will:

● Cleaning of all buildings, bathrooms

● Turn over rentals and campsites following cleaning and prep checklists

● Pool checks and reporting data in glip

● Mowing, weed whacking, landscaping

● Basic trouble shooting and repairs

● With occasional lifting up to 50-60 pounds.

As part of the Facilities II Team (Maintenance), you will:

● Maintain the campground’s grounds, buildings, and campsites with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

● Perform light repairs, trash runs, and landscaping (mowing, raking, etc.)

● Respond to guest needs and assist in ensuring safety across public areas

● Be a visible, friendly presence during day and night rounds

● Troubleshooting, assessment of basic and more complex maintenance issues

● Ability to fix issues, use tools and heavy equipment

● May have plumbing, construction, electrical

As part of the Food Services/Cafe/Ice Cream Shop, you will:

● Prepare all food orders.

● Plate and finish dishes.

● Pass completed food through the service window.

● Clearly call out the order number when food is ready.

● Also hiring for Barista and Bartenders (TIPS or Alcohol ServeSafe required)
